Classes can be individual or group, online ir in person. Prices will reflect the number of participants and/or the need to rent space. Some package rates are available.
Coaching is a private, confidential and meant to lead you, through conversation and gentle coaching, to find the joy that already exists in your life but has merely been hiding.
Meditation and mindfulness are key to leading a fuller life. Become aware of what is happening in your life, in each moment, and find peace.
Sessions can be individual or program based.
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian practice of life balance through nutrition, self care, meditation, physical activity, emotional well being, and better sleep. Plans are developed based on one's Dosha, primary disposition.
Services can be separated but are best experienced in a full package.
Children's programs are available in 4-week blocks and will begin again in the fall.

A full program includes an initial consultation of 90 minutes and 4 follow-up sessions of 1 hour.

A full program includes guidance through the Six Pillars of Health: nutrition, meditation, physical activity, self care, sleep, and emotional well being.
This 90 minute session will include a dosha assessment and discussion about your personal goals.
Separate sessions on individual pillars of health
Sessions can be private or in group settings. General pricing follows yoga rates.
This Chopra program is delivered over a 4 week time period or as a weekend retreat. This includes a private session during which you will receive your personal mantra.
Participants will be taught the Gayantri Mantra and will chant as a group and receive a bracelet mala.
